Josh Altman – Biography and Age
Josh Altman was born in Newton, Massachusetts on March 10, 1979. He was raised alongside his brother, Matt Altman by their parents – Alan and Judith Altman. Raised in Newton and Massachusetts in a Jewish family, he has a very active and well-known father in the Jewish community of Aspen.
Josh went to Newton South High School and after graduating in 1997 he went on to study at Syracuse University where, to the surprise of many who thought he studied all things real estate, he earned a degree in voice communications.
Growing up he enjoyed playing football and when he went to college he played as one of the kickers for the school team which won the Big East Championship two years in a row, playing in the Orange Bowl and the Fiesta Bowl.
As soon as he finished his college studies, he decided to take the path of real estate. As an investor and freak, he quickly turned to running his real estate finance company. After controlling it for over a few years, he formed The Altman Brothers with his brother, Matt Altman.
In no time, the brothers were able to establish themselves as one of the biggest forces in the market with a very strong presence in Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills. The clients he has worked with are primarily athletes, entertainers and other high net worth individuals. That said, he’s had sales that are now heading towards $2 billion.
In the fourth season of the reality television show Million Dollar Rating: Los Angeles, Josh Altman made his first appearance in 2011, collaborating with Josh Flagg and Madison Hildebrand. Since then, he has continued to appear on the show. He also made appearances on other shows such as Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Giuliana and Bill as a realtor.
Apart from all this, Josh also gives speeches in universities while he is also a writer. His book, The Choice is Yours: My Million-Dollar Way to Take Risks with Confidence and Succeed in Work and Life was published in 2015.
Parents, wife and daughter
Altman came from a very simple family with just his brother and his parents, Judith and Alan Altman. In 2016, Altman married Heather Bilyeu who is also a real estate agent. The two men first met in 2010 and in 2013 they were engaged. In 2014, they were to get married, until Heather called off the wedding following some issues the two were having, leaving Josh distraught.
As obviously as the story went, they finally mended their fences and the couple became man and wife in 2016 at an exclusive ski resort in Colorado.
The union was blessed with a daughter, Alexis Kerry Altman, born in 2017. The family now lives in Hollywood Hills.

As previously reported, Josh Altman has already made sales towards $2 billion throughout his career. Of all the sales, there are individual properties that brought him a profit of up to a million dollars.
The Million Dollar List star who became a millionaire at the age of 26 has an estimated net worth of over $10 million. He accumulated his fortune mainly through his work in real estate.
While earning money, he was sued alongside his brother and the company he worked for, Hilton & Hyland, in 2017 for $3.7 million for what was supposed to “steer a customer in the wrong direction” in 2012.
